Quality isn't something we announce at the gate. It lives in the quiet, repetitive work — fresh water, clean shelter, patient handling, and careful daily observation of every animal on the property.
- Water checked and refreshed on a routine, not on request
- Shelter and pasture areas maintained through the season
- Low-stress, unhurried handling — every time
Know exactly what to expect.
No surprises at the gate. Goat and lamb are sold by live weight at $5 per pound plus a flat $50 processing fee; chickens are $20 each with no fee. Availability changes week to week, so a quick call confirms what's here today.

How does the pricing actually work?
Goat and lamb are $5 per pound of live weight — the animal is weighed with you present, and that weight sets the price. Chickens are a flat $20 per bird. There's nothing else added on.
Do I need to call before visiting?
Please do. Livestock availability and sizes change week to week, and a two-minute call lets us confirm what's on the property, tell you the best time to arrive, and have everything ready for you.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary naturally through the season. Tell us your household size or the occasion when you call and we'll walk you through what's currently here and what suits it best.
Can I see the animals and the facility?
Yes — that's the point of a visit. You're welcome to see the livestock areas and ask about water, shelter, handling, equipment cleaning and our end-of-day sanitation routine. We'd rather you ask than wonder.
What about preparation?
Let us know what you need when you call and we'll explain exactly what's available and how long it takes, based on what's on the property that day.
Where are you, and when are you open?
We're at 13349 Tischler Rd, Pilot Point, TX 76258. Open Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM–5 PM and Friday to Sunday 10 AM–7 PM; closed Mondays. Holiday hours can shift, so call before a special trip.
